As a starter we serve you a fresh, mixed leaf salad.
Our "Chinoise" fondue with beef broth is served with tender pieces of beef fillet, pork fillet and corned beef breast, accompanied by 4 different homemade sauces, grilled vegetables, chips, boiled potatoes and grilled root bread.
A homemade lemon sorbet for dessert rounds off the culinary fondue evening.
